Is there a free plan?+
Yes. The Startup plan is free forever, with no credit card required. It covers basic invoicing and bills, core accounting reports, basic VAT support, and one user on one business.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. You can move between plans as your business changes, and paid plans can be cancelled at any time.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?+
Yearly billing is charged once for twelve months at a lower monthly rate. Growing is AED 49 per month billed yearly against AED 70 billed monthly, and Thriving is AED 89 per month billed yearly against AED 110 billed monthly.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?+
No. Setup support and data migration are included at no extra cost on every plan, including the free Startup plan.
Are VAT and corporate tax features included?+
Basic VAT support is included on the Startup plan. The full VAT and corporate tax suite is included on the Growing and Thriving plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export your financial data in standard formats at any time. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 90 days, except where UAE law or FTA regulations require records to be retained for longer.
